Best rig out of these two options? (SUPER BUDGET)
So I have all of the parts listed already in my PCPartPicker list, and all of the parts that are options to swap in. None of these parts will cost me any money and I am simply wondering which parts are the best choice.

My remaining options are between a Q6600 or an E6850, and a Radeon 6670 vs a Radeon 4850.
In terms of CPU, most of the games I will play on this rig are slightly older, and core speed matters more than core count in that use case. With this cooler I can probably OC the E6850 to 3.3Ghz and the Q6600 to 2.8Ghz. Which one is the better chip in your opinion?
In almost all benchmark websites, the 4850 is said to have the lead on the 6670, but I wonder if the 6670 will have better driver support. Which card would you reccomend?
Sorry if this is a dumb post
