[TOMT] Cartoon/Toy Line from the late 90s I think

Solved

In either the late 90s or early 00s there was a cartoon and toy line that came out. It wasn't very successful, I'm guessing, because I can't remember much about it. It wasn't anime. It was a sci-fi premise. The two things I remember are a giant robot and a single-person flying aircraft. The color scheme was blue and silvery for the good guys, I believe.

The giant robot had pincers for hands, and I believe the good guys rode on top of the robot's head. The toy was pretty neat, it made for a neat desktop robot. The pincers on the hands opened up, and it was fully articulated. Again, I could be wrong, but I think I remember that this robot was found doing something wrong, and I think the good guys reprogrammed it, or fixed what was wrong with it or something. Maybe the robot was a character with a personality, I can't quite remember.

The aircraft had a seat and the canopy of the cockpit could be lifted up. The tips of the wings folded up at a ninety degree angle, as if for storage. It had guns on each wing. It was pretty small, small enough that if it was meant to house action figures, I think they'd have to be original Star Wars sized to fit. It wasn't a particularly futuristic and slick looking aircraft, it had kind of a retro sort of style to it.

I never watched the show, just bought the toys because they were interesting looking. I believe the show took place in the future, and had a group of humans (I think the leader was a blonde guy, but I could be wrong) fighting another group of humans. I believe they had a base in a cave, which is where the kept the giant robot, too. I also seem to remember the number nine in the title, but I could be wrong.

I would appreciate it if somebody has any clue what I'm talking about. It's very vague, so I get stuff like Megas XLR, which isn't it. Thanks.
