Techies: I Hate his talent Tree

Now techies has been nerfed in the past couple of patches he is no longer the same fun yet challenging hero whose positioning depends on his mines. His Talent Tree is even worse nothing special only that damage on level 25 sooo how do we make him fun again? Do something about his Talent Tree sooo here is my proposed change

LEVEL 10: +3 mana regen or 6 armor

LEVEL 15: 12% Cooldown reduction or + 20 movement speed

LEVEL 20: No More Delay on the explosion of his Proximity Mines or +160 damage

LEVEL 25: No more casting animation in his spells or + 200 attack speed

Reasons for this change:

For some reason people wants to have techies as a right click hero (for the trolls of course #cheesestrats) but we always forget about histrue nature as this passive caster whose Job is to protect and what not sooo this is my proposed change nothing significant will change in his gameplay just making him more viable
