Apple Keyboard is throwing me off.... what is going on?

I've had a MBP and 2012 rMBP for about 8 years now and am second nature on the keyboard.

I just bought a new iMac and it came with the bluetooth keyboard. Its a great keyboard, but it keeps throwing me off somehow and clicking the wrong keys. Holding my rMBP up to it, they seem almost identical (except height of the bottom row cmd,etc keys and top row f-keys).

Is there something that is slightly different width-wise or something? I can't figure it out. Kind of annoying switching between one and the other within a day or two. I'm worried I'll never be able to use either as well now as I was on my rMBP before.
