Console needs a change

So I'm positive this has been covered before but Console needs an offline only mode separate from online. The level of hacking and cheating has basically ruined any out of season play. Yes there are ways to go about looking for legit console players but why should cheaters be given priority. I understand why blizzard initially came out with this type of play on console but with out non seasonal leader boards and with the level of cheating it needs something to keep legit players engaged. I have played blizzard games on pc from Warcraft 1 and I have only came back to d3 on console based on seasons and the necro pack. With out the necro dlc and seasons together I would have not purchased or came back to d3 on console. I love this game but if hackers and cheaters are continued to dominate out of season play there is no reason for me to play out of season and it's questionable if I will purchase any further content for d3 on console.
