Samsung Washer Drain Pump Not Working

My Samsung SilverCare Front-Load Washer (WF316BAC/XAA) stopped draining last week. We cleaned out all of the hoses, checked for obstructions, replaced the pump motor, and still nothing. The cycle starts and you can hear some faint clicks, but the pump motor does not turn on. There doesn't appear to be any breaks in the wiring near the pump, but i haven't yet checked the control board.

Is there anything else that could be causing the issue?
