Need A Room to rent aSAP - PLEASE HELP

Hi r/orangecounty! I live in Utah and recently accepted a job in Costa Mesa. My first day of work is next Monday so I need a place to rent super quick. I'm looking to rent a room for around $700/month. A place near CM, with little to no freeway commute would be ideal.

Any help would be appreciated! I know reddit can do amazing things, so please help me.

BTW I'm a 25 y/o M. Easy going.
