Sony & Marvel Spider-Man contract theory

Since they dropped a hint of MM existing in MCU during a scene on SMH, I just had a theory that if in case the 2 studios decides to part ways, do you think it may have been possible for Marvel to have negotiated the movie rights to Spider-Man if it's Miles Morales? This way, they can keep a Spidey in MCU.
