I want to get back into PZ but the UI is killing me.

Does anyone have any tips for UI scaling? I read that there was a font size adjuster in the options but can't find it, and if I try to decrease the resolution it won't go full screen even when I disable DPI scaling in the properties.
I'd love to see what's new / been added since I last played a few years ago, but at this point it's not really possible without a friggin magnifying glass.

Also, are there plans to add UI scaling in the future? Seems like a good thing to consider, don't know how hard it would be to implement.
