Can't use right arm for a while, good left hand linear exercises?

I'm pretty sure I have cubital tunnel in my right arm. I'm going to be seeing a doctor. I was was wondering if anyone had some good one arm exercises, possibly linear ones that I could use both feet for (single kick pedal and HH) as well.
