PIED Erectile disfunction and premature ejaculation

When I watch porn sometimes I initially get a boner but then it goes down cause the porno is not stimulating enough to me anymore.however ,after it has went down it feels like I'm about to bust a nut and the 2nd I find a video that gets me hard I bust after like 1 or 2 strokes .Does anyone else have this problem?

I'm so worried cause this was after a 58 day streak and I couldn't stay hard for longer than 5 mins !
