Thor Ragnarok theory based on the D23 description (spoiler)

So it sounds like things don't go well for him in Ragnarok. Loki has made off with the Tesseract, and he's floating unconscious in space.

Could the movies be occurring at the same time? Maybe the guardians are aware of Thanos plan to collect the stones and are headed to Asgard to warn them and on the way they run into Thor as he just escaped the grandmaster's planet (he's still in gladiator gear) I doubt they would end Ragnarok with Thor floating off into space. I'm guessing him and Hulk battle it out so hard they break the planet.

As for Loki, who knows how that trickster made off with the Tesseract? I'm thinking Hela has the soul stone and Loki betrays her and gets both and gives them to Thanos in the end.
