Connecting foscam FI9821P V3 to vera

Hi friends i'm trying to follow the guides online to add this camera to my vera but i'm running into some issues.

i'm able to get the snapshot url. but the vera won't pull the mjpeg stream therefore making it useless other than to see a snapshot every couple minutes.

anyone had any experience adding this camera to vera?
