Are communion rails common at Episcopalian churches?

So I've been thinking about going to an Episcopalian church for a little while, and I looked up which ones near me were affirming. The two near me use communion rails and both of their main services uses Rite I. From what I can tell, they use the communion rail for their Rite II services too. The only time they don't is one of the churches has a Sunday evening contemporary service in the side chapel and according to the website, people tend to stand and receive there. I've never seen communion rails being used except when I have been to Traditional Latin Masses, and I certainly didn't use them when I used to be Presbyterian.

I don't know how I feel about them, but I was certainly struck by how high church they were since even most Catholic churches don't even use them. Are communion rails common at Episcopalian churches or are these two anomalies?
