Optimal time to take the MCAT based on my course schedule?

Hi all, I will be starting my second year soon, and I wanted some opinions based on my course scheduling and how the MCAT would fit into that if I wanted to get into med school right after college. I am also open to taking a gap year too, if circumstances require it. This coming semester am going to take orgo, anatomy and physiology, and cellular and molecular biology. All three classes have labs. I will also be taking a lib arts class to start my minor. Spring semester it will still be orgo and anatomy and physiology, but with stats in there as well other classes I have not yet decided on. This means that I would be doing my full year of physics my third year and biochem would probably be in my third year as well. Does that position me for success in my MCAT if I decide to apply the summer between my junior and senior years? That means I'd need to take my MCAT April/May of my junior year to get my application in early.

TL;DR, is taking physics/maybe biochem in junior year a-okay with getting into med school the traditional way?
