How long to reset etizolam tolerance?

I had an embarrassing and regretful binge a couple days ago and have hidden it. I apologize for thst. But not obviously my tolerance is sky high. Since it has such a shot half life, I'm assuming it won't take too long to reset. To the point where I can use 1 or 2mg therapeutically. Any thoughts?
