I'm looking for MMORPG games that are good for role-playing & have a dating/marriage system?

I used to play an old MMORPG called Luna Online, I loved the game it was cute, simple, good community, I only wish it had more character customization like skin color and such. Now fast forward to 2017 the game is pretty much dead.

I was wondering if anyone knew of any good MMORPG with active communities that could allow role-playing and have a marriage/dating system and fun things like that?
