Can you give me some input on a cut for a 31 yr old 5'4 135 f?

Long story short- i stopped running 40-50 miles a week around February because i was burnt out and stressed out. single mom, two jobs, and running was not fun anymore. i couldnt muster up the energy; i was DRAGGING. anyway i started Strong Curves in february and cut my running down to maybe 15-20 miles. within 3 weeks i shot up from 128 to 133 lbs. then i stopped running in may because i was positive i had some form of heart failure.....after a month of echos and holter monitors my cardiologists both told me i could run. so i started up in june. no more than 8 miles a week. i cant run like i used to, but i LOVE the results from lifting. after 6 months my glutes have lifted, my shoulders look sculpted. I am the same size for the most part- some pants will NOT go over my butt though. however i have been struggling with food. i have settled at 134-135 lbs and im not comfortable. I used to weigh 117 lbs years ago but i looked like a string bean (no running or lifting)...then after my divorce i relapsed with binge eating and shot up to 175. Now here we are. i want to cut 10 lbs...my measurements are 33/27/37 and would like to go down to 25/35. Im aiming to up my cardio to 15 miles a week, and continue lifting 4x a week. according to scooby my TDEE is 2025 calories and in order to lose .8 lbs per week i should eat 1625. so i'd be down these last 10 lbs in 12.5 weeks. I just struggle so much with eating at night before bed and just have had these stupid issues since i was 14. so for the past 5 months or so, my avg has always been about 1700-1900 per week. then i see some people here cutting at like 1400 calories....do i just suck it up? i cant imagine id have energy for my workouts and now upping my mileage with 1400 a week. or maybe just run even more. then i fear more burnout. it was AWFUL. I remember calling my doctor once, crying saying i was so tired but had a group run to get to... and he asked me to take the winter off last year. which i did. so here i am.
