If Iruka never acknowledged Naruto

It just occurred to me that if Naruto began to hate the leaf village he would've relied o the nine tails power to destroy it. But in doing so he would've unlocked the seal that Minato and Kushina created where he would meet them for the first time. Imagine how he would react seeing his parents for the first time and hating the leaf village. This is something I'd very much like to discuss.
