After three months of OTF, my running pace has fallen from 13 min/mile to nine/mile

I have attempted to become a consistent sub ten minute per mile runner for years now. I've failed over and over again. I've come close, but I have consistently failed.

So after just three months of OTF, five days a week, today I ran my typical loop, that I haven't ran since attending OTF. Not only did I hit my sub ten minute/mile pace, I was in the low nine minute per mile pace at 9:13/mile.

I know it's still slow, but this is the fastest I have ran in nearly 15 years. And the loop is extremely hilly with two long steep inclines. So I'm guessing that on a flat surface, I could make the sub nine minute mile pace. (I'll attempt that next month.). And this is still with a lot of weight to lose. I'm 6' and 250 lbs. I'm excited about the possibilities of how fast I may run once I lose all this excess weight. Maybe, just maybe I can run a sub seven minute mile pace. I can dream can't I?

I'm extremely excited about my results with OTF. Thanks to all you guys for your support on my down days when I'm hard on myself.
