Party Modes On Private Match?

I enjoy playing the weekend warfare playlist but since I just got the game on the standalone release I really don't know what has been released. I can understand if they only have prop hunt and slasher available for a limited time but I feel like they should put all the modes on Private Match so people can enjoy these modes with friends. Has anything been said about why they don't give us that option?
