So guys what sites do we use for builds, theory-crafting etc?

I'm starting out on this game and it seems a bit complicated at first glance but I am learning fast. I started a Sacrier but I can't find any place to theory-craft or plan/read builds that exist.

Anyone know of such a site or resource, kind of like Wowhead for Wakfu.
