Family member logged into my bank account.

I owe a small debt to a family member, which I've been faithfully paying off. I literally give her half of my tips and paycheck (I'm a server) which is well over the mutually (verbally) agreed upon $200/month.

This week I lied to her about how much money my paycheck was. I did this because I need to keep some money to myself to pay some bills and buy some toiletries etc. I only lied because they act like they deserve all of my money since I'm in debt to them (even though we agreed on $200/month). It's barely mid July and I've already paid them over $400 this month.

I should also note that I've been living with this family member for the last 3 months. That comes into play shortly.

On Friday the family member decided to use my SSN and the "forgot password" feature to get access to my account (Im guessing this is how she did it. I rarely use online banking and definitely never gave permission to her for anything). She saw that I lied about how much my check was. She then printed a page of the transaction history, wrote "lieing bitch" on it (her spelling not mine) and threw it in my car along with all of my belongings and told me to get out.

So now I have to find a new place to live. Thankfully I've found a friend to stay with for the time being. A couple questions:

Is she allowed to instantly kick me out like that since I've lived there for 3 months?

Is there any recourse for her accessing my bank account like that without my permission?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

EDIT: I'm in Ohio. Sorry.
