Work in Australia for Americans

Hello, I'm from Oklahoma in the United states. It has been a life long dream of mine to live and work in Australia. I am a nationally certified welder with 5 years of experience. I also am a diesel mechanic and heavy equipment operator. i also have experience with working with animals and farming equipment. Are there any companies that will hire someone from United states and help them get their work visa? If so how do i go about doing that?
