What the shit happened with Yela?

Hey, guys, looking through the previous AtV - Trouble at Drake, I noticed that Yela has changed a lot. I can even say that it was cut. Look at these beautiful screens from AtV and one official screenshot from letter.

There are clouds, a higher and dense atmosphere giving the blue sky. Snow, a lot of snow. Even snow blizzards.

And now look at Yela from the latest AtV.

I do not want to panic, guys, but it looks like... like downgrade.

And last. What about "underwater caves" and "lightning storms" from production schedule discription about moons of 3.0?
