[TOMT][gif] What's japan like, I don't understand Japanese gif

It was a longer gif of an anime where two kids are laying on their backs and one turns to the other and asks what Japan is like, the other starts talking but the subtitles are in Japanese. The gif ends with the first looking up and saying "I don't understand Japanese"
