What's going on with my pregnant molly?

She's a black molly, and i think she has been pregnant for 2-3 weeks now. She has been doing tiny white poops that look like little balls all day, and acting strange making weird mouth movements that look like gulping? I thought she might be in labour so I have put her in a breeding tank but now I'm worried she might be aborting???
