still in the process, but wanted to say thank you so much.

my MCAT is in about 5 weeks. I'm using EK's home study plan since I'm working part-time.. I constantly feel like I'm behind or won't get what I need in time but I wanted to say thank you for everyone's posts on here.

I try not to let myself stay on this sub for more than 30 minutes a day but it's enough for me to understand that my anxiety and my worries are not unique. I understand that MCAT is not only intellectually and physically rigorous, but that it's a lot of anxiety management as well. knowing that there's this community of fellow MCAT-takers who understand the intense pressure and studying I'm going through SERIOUSLY calms me down.

it's also super helpful to read about different user's approaches to the MCAT. realistically I don't think I'll be done with content review until 1-2 weeks before my MCAT so I won't be able to do so many FLs, but I've read enough input about FLs not being absolutely necessary that I'm not in complete panic mode haha.

also, just a small suggestion. if anyone is struggling with their anxiety or worries, Headspace is a super cool meditation app that I've been using for a year plus and it has completely transformed my perspective and my outlook in general.

happy studying to you all! :)
