Fake Gameboy Color?

I have just found this listing for a 'new' Gameboy Color, which in the pictures does look like a genuine GBC in great condition. Since the price is rather low, I was wondering if this is an actual Gameboy Color or a fake one. Has anyone ever ended up with a fake Gameboy on eBay?
