No aspire room yet?

I signed a lease with Aspire West Campus (mainly because I'm new to the area and I have a dog) in April. There was no room number listed, and I have not received a notification regarding my room. Is this normal? I'd like to know if I have a room there or not this fall, but contacting them is a waste of time (no one seems to know anything). I also find it extremely hard to believe that they aren't sure yet unless they are unorganized and have no idea how to run a business. I'm driving in from Connecticut, and I really don't want to be told after a 15 hour drive that "something happened". Has this happened to anyone? I'm looking for some reassurance.

Update: Contacted them and received my building and unit number! I guess I wanted results too soon... Thanks everybody!
