Irritating Casus Bellis Ordering

I am currently playing a game as Bharat, the Hindu country with the claim on all of India, and find it incredibly annoying that the Casus Bellis have Conquest (100% Agressive Expansion, 100% Prestige, 100% Cost) above Nationalism, Imperialism, and Holy War. I know there are some instances where taking and holding a single war goal provence may be the better option, but most of the time this weird order only serves to make me pick the incorrect thing which in turn costs me more monarch points then the war should have. It might make some sense if it were alphabetical, but C, N, I, H proves that it is not. WTH?
