How to know when someone is remote viewing you?

I was eating with my co-workers at lunch time, regular day. Suddenly my vision became very sharp, and my concentration/introspection/energy became more powerful than usual. It's not something I provoked because I didn't tried anything. It remained for few minutes, then it left (like on/off button). My theory is that someone or something was channeling/remote viewing me, for unknown reason. My intuition would like to say that it wasn't human. It occurred randomly in the day, during lunch time, with no particular reason, why? What is this?
