Pinching blooms?

I live in Central PA and came across an amazing deal. Bought a moruga scorpion and a ghost pepper plant for 1.25 a piece plus 50% off of my entire greenhouse purchase. Couldn't pass it up. After transplanting, there is finally some noticeable growth and I am already seeing the beginning of blooms. I am wondering (and asking you experts) if I should pinch these early blooms off. Neither of the plants have reached a foot in height as of yet. Don't want to stunt the growth of the plant for early peppers. Also... On a side note. A friend told me to throw some of my used coffee grinds on top of the soil for fertilization. Anybody try this? Thanks in advance!
