Question about bw synergies

I'm doing the web slinger challenge. My team has a sig 85 black widow. 68% on the sig. I put in Hawkeye (+15% abilities to all champs), 4 star quake (+15% to black widow), 3 star quake (+12%), and I'm fighting spiderman (bw gets extra 15% for class advantage). 68+12+15+15+15= 125% for bw. But when fighting spiderman og, he still evades. How's that possible? Wat am I missing here
