I tryed remembering the name of a game I used to play and loved cannot find out! HELP

So it is a military game (strategy), you control several characters at once (a explosive guy, a sniper guy, a medical guy, and others) depending on the mission.

The view is from up high, I believe you were able to see full map for the level and you had to go from one point to another using strategy to not get caught by enemies. I believe you could kill and hide guys to not get detected!

It was one of my favorite games, I was playing at a friends house so I can't remember really well, and I don't talk to that friend anymore...

HELP!!!!
