Reliable Mechanic

Does anyone know of a reliable mechanic/car service center that will change the oil in a car if you bring your own oil and filter? I normally do this myself but no longer have access to the lift I had. I already bought all the stuff I need plus various filters or I'd take it to a normal oil change business.
