Is Antibirth in the Switch version of the game?

I'm reading about the game and I read something or another about the Witness and how you have to unlock "A Secret Exit" to get to it. I know this is part of the Antibirth mod but I don't know if this is part of the Nintendo Switch version of the game. Could someone who has played more of the game on Switch tell me if they have seen anything that indicates whether Antibirth is included or not?
