Characteristics of your federal circuit
Being in Louisiana, I'm down in the 5th. There the writing style from the opinions that I've read seem to be a little dry. I was pleasantly surprised at the writing style of the 1st in a recent opinion that I'm randomly reading right now.
That being said, have any of you noticed a style to your circuit? The background information of the 1st is (based solely off of one opinion right now) almost narrative. It has colloquialisms and reads quite nicely, which seems to contrast sharply with the 5th.
Perhaps this is quite a small sample size but do your circuits have any particular characteristics or styles?
