tvhProxy help?

I'm getting an error in Plex with this "There was a problem getting the channels for your device"

Any ideas what could be wrong?

I have applied channel no.s in tvheadend, tvhProxy is running fine as a service, I have tried restarting both plex and tvhProxy. Iam trying to use the pas profile in tvheadend for the streams.
