Normal People in Matchmaking?

Its so sad, that you cant even get NORMAL People in CSGO Matchmaking. tbh, i'm Legendary Eagle, when im going to SoloQ its the same everytime. I'm going to play normal, my team seems normal too but then we lose the pistol round, one guy is starting to be mad and hes complaining the whole game, the other dude is going to mute the whole voice chat so hes not communicating at all, one guy leaves the match so we get one bot and the other one dont even know how to walk forward, because hes boosted to this rank. Is it just me whos getting a comp. like this everytime? I q'd 5 games today and it was the same everytime..
