Will this card do 144Hz NOT using Display ports?

My new monitor has no DP input but it does have a DVI-D input. Does this card (https://www.overclockers.co.uk/zotac-geforce-gtx-1060-mini-6144mb-gddr5-pci-express-graphics-card-gx-106-zt.html) have a DVI-D output that will work for a 144Hz monitor?
