[Spoiler] My thoughts on the new direction of the show

Many people praise star for its subversion of common tropes in animation, and personally I agree completely. Season 1 and 2 had many twists on the common American animated tropes. I believe the next seasons will do the same, but to go along with the new setting/tone they will be doing the same to common anime tropes. Needless to say, I'm so excited to see what's in store.
