Questions about some of the trophies

Hi so I'm about to start my ng+ to go for the platinum and I just had a couple of questions about some of the trophies.

For te Mask Collector trophy, are there any missable personas? In other words, are there personas that can only be obtained in certain palaces?

For the requests trophy, are there any missable requests? Do you guys know of any good guides out there to keep track of all the requests? The ones I've found kinda suck.

Thanks in advance!
