Question concerning effective duo-queue compositions.

A friend and I have been running duo queue for quite some time and we have been trying to get as many good composition combos between us down.

So my question is concerning choice heroes and who they work the best with. Who do you think is the best duo-queue combo?

Also who would work with Sombra to enhance her gameplay? Thinking a good Zarya.
