[Everything]How does watching new episodes on HBO Now work?

I have the hbo now app on my phone and I am a subscriber but I am not sure how watching season 7 new episodes will work. Will the episode just be available on the app right at 9 oclock? or do I have to wait a few hours after it airs on TV or even a few days? Any clarification is much appreciated ! thanks!
