Please help me out.

Okay so I am not a total noob @ carding and understand the basics/advance of what you need to do for carding but I still have a few questions regarding stuff. Example when I buy fullz and get IP and I want to match with IP like it says on tutorials on carding websites. What does that mean. Do I used a socks5 from TrueSocks like I attempted but it did not match private/public IP. Also is there a certain method of chaining socks5 with a VPN? At the moment my setup is. Virtualbox windows 7 unlimited 64bit, CCleaner, FireFox, Bitbleacher, FlashCookiesView, Proxifier, Windscribe VPN 50GB a month I got for free when it was launched. Just alot of questions like these.
