Oldest son unable to inherit?

My oldest son (at least, my oldest BitP son) is for some reason completely out of the inheritance for the Byzantine Empire. I'm under Primogeniture and he is not blind, a eunuch, a member of a holy order, or anything like that. He is a Duke in line to inherit a Bishopric in Jerusalem.
