[Bugs] My Watch just drains battery while on charger and doesn't charge.

I'm running WatchOS4 beta 3 on my Series 0 and I went to charge my watch at lunch because the battery life is still terrible and instead of charging it just drained my battery faster then if I was wearing it. It would go down by 10 percent in 5 minutes. The watch indicates that it's charging but it is continuing to drain the battery. If turned it on and off several times and nothing has changed.
