Greetings! New owner of this beautiful A3 (8L). Proud as a proud person with something to be proud of.

Hi guys, just bought myself a fantastic Little A3 (8L, pic in comments) and I'm very excited about it. Runs like a dream despite being 18 years old.

I'm not sure if this is sacrelige, but I bought it cheap enough that I'm actually considering doing it up a little so that it is better suited to go off road. I don't think I want to go all the way to rally spec. But maybe changing the drive train and suspension etc. a bit. Is this a wise decision?
