Hypothetical Question: Would Westminster still have pursued a hard Brexit last year if Wales had also voted for Remain?

Obviously last year we had the Brexit Referendum, and as we know Scotland and N.I. voted against Brexit while Wales and England voted for it.

However, had Wales also voted to Remain in the EU along with Scotland and N.I, and assuming the overall result still stayed the same (Leave Wins), do you think Westminster would have pushed such a hardline Brexit with 3/4 of the U.K.'s constituent countries having voted against it?

Would we have had genuinely had constitutional crisis on our hands? Would there be major concessions from Westminster to the devolved admins to push Brexit through? Or would the pressure to ignore the result in order to prevent constitutional crisis become too much and the result be ignored?

What's r/Wales thoughts on this hypothetical scenario?
